{↑} Custom typography routed out at decreasing depths from top to bottom on exhibition title wall to demonstrate high to low impact practices.
{←} Typography cut through the ply in the title wall, casting amazing shadows reminiscent of windows, into the exhibition space.

{↑} 'Low' weight in the RIBA typeface design.

{←} Four different weights of type created to represent each section; Bad, Better, Low and Good.

{→} Information panels designed to fit perfectly within the modular system used for the exhibition structure.

{↑} The varying weights of the typeface represent the exhibition’s three sections; illustrating the move away from the heavy-handed culture of demolition, to one of current ‘best practice’ retrofit and reuse, and towards an ideal future where building practices with minimal impact will be standard.

{→} Panels ‘float’ in the structure, allowing flexible height installation with spaces to glimpse the exhibition beyond.

{↑} Caption panels could be installed at various heights.

{↓} Exhibition handout for visitors to take away.

{↑} The exhibition title, ‘Long Life, Low Energy: Designing for a Circular Economy’ represents the ever-lighter touch of embracing circular practices in construction.
